CityOriginal reserves the right to, from time to time, change these Terms at its sole discretion. Purchase Information

Purchasing

Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through http://www.CityOriginal.com or through the assistance of a customer services support representative.

Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by anyone, for delivery to a billing address, as registered with the clients’ credit card company.  We are unable to deliver online purchases to non-registered addresses at this time, but invite our clients to visit our website at http://www.CityOriginal.com.  Immediately after an order has been submitted, an automated sales invoice will be forwarded to the email provided to us during the order process.  This sales invoice should be retained for any future references.  Without this receipt, we would not be able to validate your purchase, and accordingly, will not be able to proceed with any requests.

Product Availability

All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Should a product not be available according to your specified sizing requirements, the NEXT CLOSEST SIZE (i.e. 9 ½ to 10, M to L) will be processed to minimize waiting time. All products will be brand new WITH-OUT box and will be shipped in our custom packaging. Customers are advised to take this into consideration during the order process and/or contact our customer services to clarify on sizing availability.  Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, but no greater than a value of US$500.00.

Title to any products you order on this website, and its associated risk of loss, damage or return (due to failure of receipt of by customer) of the product, PASSES TO YOU at the point of shipment of the products with our shipping agent. We are no longer responsible for compensation, refunds or replacements after this point in time,

All footwear merchandises on this website are listed in either US / EURO men or women sizes, unless otherwise stated.  Please note that products may run in sizing differences.  Clients are advised to contact our customer services for further clarification prior to purchasing. 

Pricing and Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled within 48 hours of our attempt to communicate with you.

Prices displayed on the CityOriginal website are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise specified. CityOriginal accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

If payments are made by credit card, the transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization.  Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.  For all other payments, once payment is confirmed cleared, your order will be processed shortly after.

Custom & Duties

The customer is responsible for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping will be a Flat Rate per item $20 with in the USA, $35 per item for international shipping. Shipping cost will be added at the end of your check out.

For security reasons, CityOriginal online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card. All purchases are shipped with one of our shipping agents. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to approximately 7 to 14 business days for delivery.  Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. CityOriginal cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and CityOriginal WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. 

Tracking

A shipping confirmation may be requested by the customer approximately three to four business days after submitting an order. However tracking information can only be checked by us through our shipping carrier, a shipping date can be provided. In addition, we will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing. 

To ensure the security of your delivery, we are unable to provide you with details on our communications with our shipping agents.  However, we do provide tracking numbers upon request, and maintain tracking numbers for each delivery.  At times, there may be an error in providing this information to customers.  As this information is provided to us by our shipping agents, customers may submit another request for further clarification.  We are not liable and/or responsible for any losses or damages that may arise given such an occurrence.  If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a CityOriginal customer support staff will be pleased to assist you via email at questions@CityOriginal.com

Refund and Exchanges

CityOriginal wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. For CityOriginal online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund when accompanied by the original sales invoice. 

Customers MUST contact our customer services via our website at http://www.CityOriginal.com and/or via email at questions@CityOriginal.com within 5 business days from the date of delivery.  Additionally, all products must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 10 business days from the date of delivery.  Our return address can be obtained from contacting our customer services.   In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information.  Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period; unfortunately, will not be honored.    

        Refunds: The original shipping costs (“S&H”) charge (US$18.50/Item) processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable.  Additionally, a mandatory 25% administrative charge will be deducted on the netted amount, which is the value after deducting the S&H charge.  Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

        Exchanges: Due to our processing system, CityOriginal.com does not honor exchanges.  We will however, issue a credit to the customer for returned merchandise so that they can place a new order for the desired item.

Please keep in mind that all WORN items will not be entitled to a full refund.  The customer will only receive 35% of the products purchase price.

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund or exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:

Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed

        Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture

        Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)

        Merchandise does not fit (i.e. after processing of next half-size)

        Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer

        Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer services support staff after receiving your contact.  However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders.  Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems.  Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to questions@CityOriginal.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Authenticity Description

We DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY of any products purchased through CityOriginal online. CityOriginal is in no way affiliated with Ed Hardy, Christian Audigier, Uggs, True Religion, G-Star, Diesel, Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Hockey League and/or the National Basketball Association. All merchandise are FACTORY VARIANTS and are custom altered. These merchandise are manufactured uniquely and are often manufactured in unreleased styles and colors that are not normally offered elsewhere.
